Services available to landlord
Our residential letting and management department have extensive experience and knowledge of
the local market and current legislation. We will use our expertise to find suitable tenants
via our website and a number of other property search engines including findaproperty,
primelocation and propertyfinder. Corporate relocation and local companies provide a high
percentage of our tenants and with our prominent location we are in a brilliant position to let
any type of property.
Landlord services:
This service includes marketing the property in the appropriate manner, obtaining references,
negotiating all aspects of the tenancy with both landlord and tenant and collecting initial
monies and then ensuring clearance of the funds before handing over the keys at the start of
the tenancy
Rental Collection :
We will collect rents on a quarterly or monthly basis from the tenant and forward net funds
to the landlord together with a comprehensive rental statement
Full Management :
After successfully finding suitable tenants, we will then cover all aspects of the management
including collection of rents monthly and monthly accounting to the landlord and dealing with
routine management matters which would also include regular property inspection.
